Dr. Natalie Eros has provided scientific litigation support to attorneys defending pharmaceutical and medical device litigation for over a decade. In mass tort litigation, Dr. Eros has provided comprehensive organization and review of the relevant medical and scientific literature. Additionally, she monitors salient developments in medical and scientific research, facilitating rapid dissemination of new information to the defense team. Dr. Eros’ expertise in research methods enables her to provide comprehensive critiques of new articles identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the new publications and the limitations of scientific inferences of new findings. Dr. Eros also assists in expert witness development by identifying and screening prospective experts.
In 2008, Natalie earned a Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC), which denotes familiarity with the regulations that govern the development and marketing of drugs, medical devices and biological therapies in the United States. She is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society.
Dr. Eros provides scientific support to the litigation team under the supervision of counsel. Dr. Eros is not an attorney and she is not admitted to the bar of any state.
